Gideon is currently voicing Devon Izara in the 2026 animated series, Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord, though she made her professional acting debut in 2011 with a guest appearance on the FX series “Louie,” where she played Louie’s niece, Amy. She gained further recognition with guest roles in various television series, including “Girl Meets World” (2016), “Better Things” (2016), and “Criminal Minds” (2017).
Her breakthrough role came in 2018 when she starred as Sam in the comedy film “Blockers,” which received positive reviews and commercial success. She followed this with a leading role in the critically acclaimed drama “The Mustang” (2019) and appeared in “The Craft: Legacy” (2020). In addition to her film work, Gideon has lent her voice to various animated projects, including “The Walking Dead: The Final Season” and “Pacific Rim: The Black.”
